About Albsig Invest
HISTORY
Albsig Invest Sh.a. is a Private Pension Fund and Collective Investment Undertaking Management Company. The Company operates as a joint stock company with its headquarters at “Bajram Curri” Boulevard, “Downtown One”, Albsig HQ, Floor 16, 1010, Tirana, Albania, and is registered with the National Business Center on 04.10.2019.
The Company is licensed as a Management Company by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority (AMF), with decision no. 210, dated 22.11.2019, being provided with license no. 5, without a term. This license enables Albsig Invest to:
- administer private pension funds,
- collect and invest the accumulated funds,
- make pension payments,
- manage the assets of collective investment undertakings.
Following this decision, the AFSA also approved the establishment of the Private Pension Fund Albsig.
Subsequently, with separate decisions of the AFSA Board, the following were also approved:
The Standard Investment Fund Albsig, with decision no. 255, dated 30.12.2019,
The Private Pension Fund Smart Pension, with decision no. 96, dated 28.04.2022.
The activity of Albsig Invest Sh.a. is supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority, in accordance with law no. 9572, dated 03.07.2006, “On the Financial Supervisory Authority”, as amended, as well as the relevant by-laws.
Shareholders Structure of the Administrative Company
The sole shareholder of the company is Albsig Jetë Sh.a, which owns 100% of the shares. The Management Company may have under administration one or several pension funds and one or several investment funds at the same time. overview Albsig Invest Sh.a has under administration three funds:
- Private Pension Fund "Albsig"
- Private Pension Fund "Smart Pension"
- Investment Fund "Albsig Standard"
The objectives of the Management Company
Collection and investment of voluntary pension funds as well as making pension payments;
Administration of voluntary pension funds and collective investment asset assets.
