The Company operates as a joint stock company with its headquarters at “Bajram Curri” Boulevard, “Downtown One”, Albsig HQ, Floor 16, 1010, Tirana, Albania, and is registered with the National Business Center on 04.10.2019.
The Company is licensed as a Management Company by the Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority (AMF), with decision no. 210, dated 22.11.2019, being provided with license no. 5, without a term. This license enables Albsig Invest to:
- administer private pension funds,
- collect and invest the accumulated funds,
- make pension payments,
- manage the assets of collective investment undertakings.
